Christianity is a way of life, not a label. Too many people today treat the name “Christian” like a badge they pin on their chest to feel secure, while they continue to live for themselves. But the Word of God does not recognize claims; it recognizes fruit.
Jesus did not ask for your agreement; He asked for your life. He asked a question that still haunts the modern, comfortable church: “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46)
The Power of the Name
There is power behind the name of Jesus—the power that transforms a life from the inside out. If your lifestyle has not changed, your words are nothing more than “lip service.” You are claiming the King’s name while your heart remains in rebellion. As it is written: “These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me.” (Matthew 15:8)
The Kingdom Principle
A true Christian is one who has surrendered everything to the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Earthly kings have always had their own laws, their own rules, and their own borders. If you refused to surrender to the king, you were not part of his kingdom, you were a rebel. The same principle applies to the Kingdom of Heaven.
We have spent our lives acting as the kings of our own little worlds, satisfying the lusts of our flesh. We call our own shots and then expect to call ourselves “Christians.” But the King has set the standard for entry: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 7:21)
The Choice of Masters
The bond of the Kingdom is obedience, not lip service. Jesus made this clear when He pointed to those around Him and said: “For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.” (Matthew 12:50)
You cannot negotiate with a King. You cannot hold onto your own throne and claim to serve His. As He told us plainly: “No one can serve two masters.” (Matthew 6:24)
The Final Question
Now, you must ask yourself: Have I truly surrendered my life to the King of Kings, or am I just using His name to secure my own comfort? Is Jesus truly the Lord of your life, or will you face that day when He says: “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness”? (Matthew 7:23).
Salvation: The Exchange of Masters
What are we being saved from? Why do we need to be saved? And what does it actually require to obtain this salvation?
These are not questions for casual conversation; they are questions of life and death.
Why We Needed a Savior
We are being saved from the bondage of sin. The first humans, Adam and Eve, rebelled against the commandment of Yahweh. That act of disobedience introduced sin into the world. Rebellion against God equals sin, and anyone who lives in disobedience is, by definition, an enemy of God.
Because Adam was the head of the human race, his failure passed into the blood of all his descendants. We were born into bondage, and the scripture is clear on the cost of that debt: “For the wages of sin is death.” (Romans 6:23). We were trapped in a cycle we could not escape.
But God provided the Second Adam. Through one perfect man, sin entered; through one perfect man, salvation returned: “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.” (1 Corinthians 15:22). Jesus Christ paid the price we could never pay. He took our sins upon Himself, poured out His own blood on the Cross, was buried, and rose again. He defeated death itself.
We now face a choice: eternal damnation or eternal salvation. This is why we needed a Savior.
What Does Salvation Require?
Salvation is not an automatic birthright. It is a response to the King. The requirements are found in the Gospels, and they are non-negotiable:
Repentance: John the Baptist did not preach comfort; he preached Repentance (in Greek-metanoeo). It means a total 180-degree turn. It means stopping your rebellion, surrendering your will to the Lord of Lords, and beginning to do His will. It is a complete revolution of the mind. “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” (Matthew 3:2).
True Belief: Jesus said, “Repent, and believe in the gospel.” (Mark 1:15). But understand this: “believing” is not just saying words. It is not just an intellectual agreement. Even the demons believe, and they tremble (James 2:19). True belief in Jesus Christ means you are so persuaded of His authority that you are willing to die for Him, just as the early martyrs did.
Surrender: You cannot call Him “Lord” and continue to live as your own master. True belief is a total surrender to the King.
The Bottom Line
Salvation is the act of being rescued from the bondage of your own sin so that you may serve a new Master. If you have not surrendered your will, if you have not turned away from your old life, and if you are not walking in the obedience of the Spirit, you have not obtained salvation—you are still in the bondage of Adam.
Are you still serving your own flesh, or have you surrendered to the King of Kings? The door is open, but it will not stay open forever.

Most people have a very narrow understanding about the Third Commandment Exodus 20:7 ("You shall not take the Name of the Lord your God in vain"). For many years this has been thought that it's only related to swearing, well in part it does, but it's more than that and it gets deeper.
I will need to use an illustration to start explaining it. In the old days when a woman married a man she took his name. By taking his name she was making a declaration of who she belonged to, under whose authority, who she represented and when he was not present she had the full authority of his name. And her conduct, in the way she carried herself, in her conversations she proved it. Now I know some of you are understanding it already. Now why do I use the illustration of the woman/wife?
Well in Ephesians 5:25–32 Paul explains that human marriage is a mirror of the union between Christ and His people. He writes: “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.” Paul is clear: our conduct must reflect this union. If the bride is living for another lover (the world), she is unfaithful. Now to be more clear and understand better, we must understand two words. The first word is "Name" (Hebrew word is "shem"). This word is not just a label; it represents a person’s character, authority, and reputation. Next word is "Vain" (Hebrew word is "Shav"). This means to lift it up emptily, falsely, or without substance. To wear the Name while living a life that contradicts the Character of the Name is to claim it is empty and meaningless.
A. The “Christened” Life: Calling oneself a “Christian” (a follower of Christ) is a public declaration of ownership. You are effectively saying, “I represent the King of Kings.” When someone identifies with that Name but lives for the world, or for their own selfish idols, they are acting as a corrupt ambassador. They are “claiming the name” but living a counterfeit life.
B. Blasphemy through Conduct: Paul says in Romans 2:24, quoting Isaiah 52:5, “The name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.” Let us examine our conduct: is it bringing honor to our Lord and King as we proclaim His name? Or are we dragging His name through the mud? When you take the name of Jesus Christ, you are “branding” yourself as His property.
C. Representation: A wife carries her husband’s name. If she acts in a way that dishonors his character while claiming to be “his,” she is dragging his reputation through the mud. God cares about His name. Leviticus 22:32: “And you shall not profane my holy name, that I may be sanctified among the people of Israel. I am the LORD who sanctifies you.” “Profaning” means to make common or “cheap.” When we live like the world, we make His Holy Name look common. We are called to “set it apart” by the way we live. Ezekiel 36:20-23: “But when they came to the nations, wherever they came, they profaned my holy name... It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name.”
D. The Point: This is the smoking gun! The Israelites were in exile, and the pagans looked at them and said, “If this is what the God of Israel produces, your God must be weak or absent.” God says He will fix things, not because the people deserve it, but because His Name is being dragged through the mud. Our conduct affects how the world views God. But here is the warning for all that have proclaimed God's name so loosely: Matthew 7:21: “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
The Point: Using the title (“Lord”) while refusing the authority is the ultimate “in vain.” It is empty lip service. This is all a great part of true Repentance.

When it comes to current events and prophecy it all points to a few things: Satan, man's rebellion, sin, and Jesus coming soon to put an end to all of that. Anyone that goes against God's Will is an enemy of God and has rebelled against God. Prophecy of God's Word has told us what's going to happen to the ones that don't return (repent) back to Him. Now I would like to write to you about a current event that only a few have a clue about. The enemy likes to strike when we are not looking or when we are in our comfort zone because our guards are down, and by the time we see it, it's too late. I want to write to you about "Molech".
The Altar of Convenience and Child Sacrifice
We have been taught to look at ancient history as a collection of dead stories, but the spirit that drove those nations is alive, well, and demanding sacrifice today. We are talking about the spirit of Molech.
To understand what is happening in our land, we must look at what God said about this ancient abomination. Molech was not just a statue; it was a system. It was the institutionalized murder of children to secure the prosperity, comfort, and success of the adults. Today this is happening. In the state of Massachusetts there is a statue of Molech with a child on its lap. Does anyone know what that statue represents? It represents child trafficking, child-sacrifice, drinking the blood of the innocent, perversion, and many other satanic practices. In some other places, in buildings they call churches where they call themselves Christians, they embrace the practice of abortion, and they call it "Giving My Child Back To God." What God are they talking about?
God is clear about His hatred for this practice. He did not call it a “cultural difference.” He called it an abomination that defiled the land and brought judgment upon the entire nation.
God gave us this command: “And you shall not give any of your descendants to be sacrificed to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I am the Lord.” (Leviticus 18:21)
And God also told us the Consequence: “I will set My face against that man and cut him off from his people, because he has given some of his descendants to Molech, to defile My sanctuary and profane My holy name.” (Leviticus 20:3)
Notice that God says the person who does this defiles His sanctuary. If you think the spirit of Molech is confined to a dusty valley in ancient Canaan, you are missing the “spiritual actualism” of our time. The ancient followers of Molech sacrificed their children to ensure their own economic and social stability. Today, we do the exact same thing under the guise of “choice,” “rights,” and “convenience” (my body, my choice). The modern abortion industry is the contemporary Tophet, the place of fire. It is the systematic, legalized, and celebrated slaughter of our own seed to protect the lifestyle of the parents.
It is the spirit of Molech, dressed up in the language of secular progress. It is a rebellion against the Creator, and it has placed a blood-guilt upon our land that is crying out for judgment.
When King Josiah discovered the Book of the Law, he didn’t call for a “dialogue.” He didn’t start a committee to see how the culture felt about his views. He saw the defilement of the land, he tore down the altars, and he destroyed the places of sacrifice (2 Kings 23:10).
When a person is a true believer and follower of Christ, that individual becomes the temple of God. Our hearts are His altars. If we claim to be “followers of Jesus” we must see this statue as an abomination and cannot allow this to be normalized in our hearts, and we must adopt the Josiah Standard: Identify the Idols: Recognize that our culture is built on the sacrifice of the innocent. In the book of Revelation 17:6, it is written: the Whore of Babylon was intoxicated with the blood of the saints (meaning the innocent).
We are the Temple of God; tear down the idols you have allowed into your own life that align with this spirit—the idols of comfort, the idols of convenience, and the idols of silence.
True repentance is not a private feeling; it is a public stand against the tide of death.
The end for Satan and his followers is coming, and it is coming at full force. Playing games with the Word of God for the sake of anyone's feelings or his/her present comfort is not love—it is a betrayal. It is time to stop the sacrifice, tear down the altars, and return to the Covenant of the Living God. If you have any questions or comments, write them down. Faith: The Covenant of Obedience
Faith is a word that has lost its true meaning. Many teachers, pastors, and preachers haven’t taken the time to study its depths, while others refuse to preach it for fear of seeing their seats empty and their tithe trays light. They prioritize the comfort of the crowd over the command of the King. But the truth must be spoken: the meaning of faith was not lost in translation; it was intentionally removed.
Faith comes from the Greek pistis, meaning “persuasion, assurance, belief, and fidelity.” It is inextricably tied to the Greek word peitho, meaning “to agree, assure, believe, have confidence, obey, trust.” The word that has been stripped from our pulpits is Obey.
Some call this legalism, but they do so to justify their own rebellion. Scripture is clear: there is no faith apart from works, and no love apart from obedience.
Faith requires action:
“But someone will say, ‘You have faith, and I have works.’ Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” (James 2:18)
Love is proven by obedience: “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)
The mark of the wise: “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.” (Matthew 7:24)
The promise of His presence: “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” (John 14:21)
Now, stop and ask yourself: What spirit has made its home in you? The first and greatest commandment is: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” (Matthew 22:37)
So, the next time you hear or read the word Faith, attach the word Obey to it. And the next time you say, “I am a Christian,” show it by your obedience to Him. It is the only way to produce the fruit that proves whose you are. Christ said, “You will know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:16)
In the buildings called “churches” today, certain words are used constantly but are rarely explained. Because pastors, teachers, and preachers fail to teach them—or intentionally soften them to keep their buildings full—these words have lost their meaning, their impact, and their ability to save. One of the most important of these is the word "Repent."
If you have truly repented, your life will have been fundamentally altered. Repentance is not a suggestion; it is the prerequisite for the Kingdom. John the Baptist declared: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” (Matthew 3:2).
The Meaning of Repentance:
The Greek word is metanoeo, which means to think differently or to reconsider. But look deeper: the primary prefix is meta, meaning a change, a transfer, a transformation, or a reversal. This is where we get the word metamorphosis.
Repentance is not a temporary feeling of regret; it is a spiritual revolution. It is the transformation of the caterpillar so that the creature can be made new.
The Evidence of the Spirit:
Ask yourself: Has my life shown evidence of this metamorphosis? Or am I still the same? Do I still talk the same, think the same, and live the same?
True repentance demands a complete 180-degree turn from the way of the flesh to the way of the Spirit. If your lifestyle has not changed, the transformation has not occurred. We are called to be changed daily: “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2)
Repentance is not just words; it is a tangible fruit. John the Baptist commanded: “Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance.” (Matthew 3:8)
The Evidence of the Life:
God has given us a living picture of true repentance in the life of King Josiah. When the Law was found and read to him, he didn’t offer excuses or try to compromise with the pagan culture around him. He realized that the temple had been defiled by idols, and he immediately went to work. He physically destroyed the junk, the images, and the altars of the false gods (2 Kings 23).
Understand this:
You are the temple of God, and your heart is the altar. True repentance is the act of Josiah: it is the ruthless, uncompromising destruction of every “idol” that has taken up residence in your life. If you are still harboring the things that offend the Lord, you haven’t repented; you’ve just rearranged the furniture. You must tear down the high places in your heart, burn the idols, and purge your temple until there is nothing left but the worship of the Living God.
Consider two men: one wears a mechanic’s uniform, but his hands are clean. The other has grease on his skin, torn clothes, and bruised knuckles. You know who the true mechanic is by the evidence of his labor.
It is the same with the believer. We cannot claim to be followers of Christ while living in the habits of the world. Our Lord Jesus Christ laid out the cost: “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” (Luke 9:23)
A caterpillar crawls on the ground, but once it undergoes metamorphosis, it is no longer bound to the dirt; it flies. If you claim to be a follower of the King, where is your fruit? Where is your change? In order to know true repentance, there must be a total surrender to our Lord and King, Jesus Christ.
